How to Place a Custom Order

Custom Orders – Make Your Sweet Ideas a Reality

At Olivia’s Goodie Shop, every treat is handcrafted to match your vision. From themed cupcakes to personalized cookies, we make it easy to bring your ideas to life.

Step 1: Book Your Consultation

 Optional but Recommended – Schedule a quick chat (via phone, email, or in person) so we can discuss your vision, flavors, and style. This helps us fully understand what you want!

Step 2: Choose Your Treats

  • Cupcakes, cookies, brownies, or cakes

  • Single flavor or multiple flavors

  • Sizes: mini, standard, large, or custom tiers

💡 Tip: Providing examples or inspiration photos helps us match your exact vision.

Step 3: Fill Out the Custom Order Form

Include:

  • Treat type & quantity

  • Flavor choices

  • Design details & theme

  • Event date & pickup time

💡 Tip: The more detailed your form, the smoother the process.

Step 4: Review & Confirmation

Once we receive your form:

  • We’ll review your request and check availability

  • Confirm all details (design, flavors, size, pickup date)

  • Send a custom invoice

Step 5: Secure Your Order

  • A deposit or full payment is required to reserve your date

  • We accept Cash, Cash App, Credit Card, Paypal

💡 Tip: Your order is only secured once payment is received.

Step 6: Pickup / Delivery

  • Treats are baked fresh and ready for pickup on the agreed date

  • Delivery options available upon request

Important Policies

  • Notice Period: Minimum 7 days for custom orders

  • Rush Orders: Orders submitted with less than 7 days’ notice may not be accepted

  • Changes & Cancellations: Any changes must be requested at least 5 days before pickup; deposits are non-refundable
