Q: When should we book our wedding cake?
A: We recommend booking at least 6–9 months in advance to ensure your date is reserved. Popular wedding months fill quickly, so the sooner the better!

Q: How does the cake tasting work?
A: You’ll receive a sample box with a variety of flavors to try at home. Inside is a tasting guide where you can rate each flavor and jot down notes. Afterward, we’ll meet (in person or virtually) to chat about your favorites.

Q: Do you offer options for dietary needs (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free)?
A: We can accommodate many dietary requests with advance notice. Please let us know your needs during the consultation so we can plan accordingly.

Q: How much do wedding cakes usually cost?
A: Pricing depends on guest count, design complexity, and flavor selection. Our wedding cakes typically start at $5/serving for simple buttercream designs. For fondant, sculpted details, or custom sugar work, pricing typically ranges from $8-$12/serving. We’ll provide a tailored quote after your consultation.

Q: Do you deliver and set up the cake?

Q: Can we have more than just a wedding cake?
A: Absolutely—many couples add cupcakes, dessert tables, or a groom’s cake. These are great ways to offer variety and add a fun twist to your reception.

Q: How do we secure our date?
A: Once you’ve chosen your cake design and we’ve finalized your proposal, a deposit of 25% secures your wedding date on our calendar. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. Need to adjust guest count or design? Let’s chat at least 2-3 weeks ahead.

Wedding Cake Cancellation & Change Policy

Order Changes

• Design & Flavor Changes:
  Minor changes (such as flavor selections, inscriptions, or small décor details) may be made up to 21 days (3 weeks) before the event date, provided they do not significantly alter the overall design or complexity of the cake.

  • Major changes (such as a full redesign, tier adjustments, or custom elements like sugar flowers) may require additional fees and are subject to our availability.

• Guest Count Adjustments:
  Increases in guest count can usually be accommodated up to 3 weeks before the event. Decreases in guest count will not reduce the total price if changes are made less than 30 days before the event, since supplies and scheduling are reserved in advance.

Cancellations

• Deposit Policy:
  All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your wedding date and cover preliminary work such as tastings, design sketches, and ingredient planning.

• More than 30 Days’ Notice:
  Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future order of equal or lesser value, to be used within 12 months.

• Within 30 Days of the Event:
  Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event date are non-refundable and no credit will be issued, as ingredients, scheduling, and labor have already been allocated to your order.

Rescheduling

• Date Changes:
  If your wedding date changes, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • If we are available, your deposit will transfer to the new date.

  • If we are not available, the original deposit remains non-refundable.

Acts Beyond Our Control

In the unlikely event of extreme weather, accidents, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your order, we will:
