Daily Lunch Trays

1. Preorders Only

All lunch trays must be preordered by 10:00 AM the day of pickup. No same-day walk-ins.

2. Pickup Times Are Firm

Pickup is available between 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. If you’re running late, please call before 1:30 PM. Unclaimed orders may be donated after 3 PM.

3. No Substitutions

Each tray is made fresh and in bulk — no swapping or customizing menu items.

4. No Refunds for Missed Pickups

We cook based on preorders. If you miss your pickup without calling ahead, no refunds or replacements will be offered.

5. Payment is Due Upfront

Orders must be paid at time of ordering via the website or mobile payment. No “pay later” holds.

6. Limited Quantities

Each day’s menu has limited spots. Once we’re sold out, we’re sold out!

7. One-Day Menu = One-Day Only

Each lunch special is for that day only. No ordering today’s plate tomorrow.

8. Be Kind to Our Team

We’re a small business doing big things — we won’t tolerate rude behavior toward our staff. Kindness is required.
